A Gentle Reset with Lifelong Reach

A guided immersion in steady, simple pranayama

You already know breath is medicine. You’ve felt how a few conscious breaths can settle the body and bring the mind into presence. Still, it’s easy to drift from that simplicity when the world pulls toward complexity and effort.

Pranayama Reset is a two-week return to what is steady and consistent. Together, we re-establish a relationship with the breath that is both practical and sacred. You’ll learn how to breathe fully, how to restore rhythm to your system, and how to recognize breath as a form of prayer.

This is not the modern dramatic or cathartic approaches. The practices are spacious, trauma-aware and rooted in traditional foundations. Alongside classical pranayama, you’ll be guided through simple kriyas and mudrās that support energy flow and inner awareness.

We explore the breath not only as regulation for the nervous system, but also as a gateway to deeper stillness. From a non-dual perspective, the breath becomes a way of abiding in what is already whole. It is not something we use to reach elsewhere, but something we rest into to remain.

You’ll receive a series of recorded breath sequences and live support in community. These are tools that meet you where you are, and remain relevant across the seasons of your life. Some will calm, others will enliven. All are offered within the view that the breath is sacred, the body is wise, and the path begins where you are.

Twelve pre-recorded breath practices

Each one clear, accessible, and easy to revisit. These practices are short enough to integrate into daily life, yet deep enough to create real shifts in your nervous system and awareness.

Four live sessions

Live Sessions with Artemis and Bhairav, offered on Wednesdays at 8:30 PM and Fridays at 6:00 AM EDT. These sessions are held with presence and care, offering both guidance and shared silence.

A private community space

A place to share what’s arising, integrate the teachings, and be in connection with others on the path. When practice is held in shared presence, it deepens, gaining strength, sincerity, and support.

Pranayama Foundations Certificate

A certificate to honor your dedication to personal practice. This acknowledges your completion of the immersion and your integration of foundational breathwork for your own inner path. Please note: this is not a teacher training and does not certify you to teach pranayama.

14 YACEP Hours

For Yoga Alliance–registered teachers, this immersion offers 14 Continuing Education hours. While it does not certify you to teach pranayama on its own, if you are already trained in teaching breathwork, these practices can be integrated into your existing repertoire with confidence and care.

About the Live Sessions

Recordings are available but they are required in order to receive certification + YACEP Hours.

Session 1: Breath and Restoration

Wednesday, September 10 — 8:30 PM EDT
We begin by exploring the relationship between breath and healing. What does it mean to truly restore? What systems within us soften when we breathe with gentleness, rhythm, and reverence?

Session 2: Pranayama and the Mind

Friday, September 12 — 6:00 AM EDT
The ancient texts remind us: where the breath goes, the mind flows. This session explores the relationship between mental fluctuation and respiratory rhythm. How can pranayama support inner steadiness, by offering it something more trustworthy to rest in?

Session 3: Pranayama and Devotion

Wednesday, September 17 — 8:30 PM EDT
Breath becomes sacred not only in technique, but in intention. In this session, we reflect on pranayama as a devotional act—a way to return, to offer, to listen. We ask: how can breath become a form of prayer? How do we meet the Divine in the rhythm of the inhale and the exhale?

Session 4: Pranayama and Nonduality

Friday, September 19 — 6:00 AM EDT
We close by looking at how breath reveals the subtle truth of non-separation. Through gentle practice and shared reflection, we’ll explore how the breath dissolves boundaries and draws us into direct contact with what is whole, present, and already free.

Why This
Matters Now

What’s often missing isn’t spiritual understanding, or even the desire to be committed. Many of us already carry that. What’s missing is a container mature and grounded enough to hold us in a way that allows something real to unfold.

In much of the modern spiritual world, the practices may be present but the space around them often feels scattered or superficial. Without steady holding, even the most sincere intentions begin to fray. The practices slip through, not for lack of meaning, but for lack of integration.

This immersion is meant to go beyond the noise and hype and return to the breath. It is not driven by urgency or spectacle. It is held by teachers who have practiced for decades, and it is designed to help you gently unravel back into presence.

So many modern breathwork practices have lost integrity in pursuit of spectacle, show, and extravagant experience. But traditionally, it is the simplest practices that carry the deepest medicine. Over time, they do more than regulate your nervous system, they reshape the way you meet your life.

Who This Is For:

  • Practitioners seeking steady, trauma-aware breath practices

  • Yoga or meditation teachers wanting to deepen their own practice

  • Devoted seekers feeling overstimulated, or spiritually scattered

  • Those drawn to breath as a form of prayer

  • Anyone needing nervous system regulation through simple, grounded tools

  • Facilitators looking to integrate foundational pranayama (if already trained)

  • People who value tradition, clarity, and devotional presence in practice

This is a space for those who are ready to return—to breath, to presence, and to the quiet medicine that lives in simplicity.
