Troubleshooting Login Issues

Forgot your password?

• Go to the Login Page:
  https://online.anuttara.org/login 

• Enter your email.
  (Make sure it’s the same email you used when you signed up.)

• Click “Forgot Password.”
  Kajabi will send you a password reset link so you can create a new password.

Can’t find the reset email?

• Check Spam, Promotions, or Updates folders.
• Search your inbox for: “Anuttara” or “Password Reset”.
• If still nothing, email us and we’ll manually send you a reset link.

No Submit Button Appearing?

If you're typing in your password but don’t see a “Submit” or “Continue” button on the page, Just press the Enter key on your computer or phone keyboard.

This will submit your login details even if the button isn’t visible.
