Sacred Living: Embodying the Divine in Daily Life

Join us for an embodied passage through stillness, devotion, and community

“Wisdom tells me I am nothing.
Love tells me I am everything.
Between the two my life flows.”

— Sri Nisargadatta Maharaj

This is the heart of the Tantric path, not choosing one over the other, but holding both the formless and the form as sacred. In the tradition of non-dual Shaiva Tantra, awakening is a recognition of the unchanging Self through life.

This online retreat invites you into that movement: from stillness into expression, from emptiness into embodiment, from quiet into praise. Here, the inward and the outward are no longer in conflict. They are two faces of the same truth.

The Path of Awakening

The Threefold Movement of the Tantric Journey

This retreat is shaped by a core understanding from the Tantric tradition: awakening unfolds in layers between stillness, energy, and integration. These three aspects form the foundation of our time together.
Awakening to Awareness

The recognition of stillness as your natural state.
Silence, self-inquiry, meditation.
Awakening to Shakti

The honoring of life, energy, and devotion as sacred.
Ritual, kirtan, somatics, movement.
Union

The lived integration of form and formless.
Wholeness, presence, everyday embodiment.

We explore each of these through direct experience, woven into the structure, practices, and flow of the retreat.

Why Online?

We’re offering this retreat online because we know many of you can’t get away, whether it's responsibilities, children, or the cost that holds you close to home. So here’s the invitation: make space right where you are, a chance to marinate in the teachings.

When we hold sacred space, even through a screen, something begins to open.

This is your invitation to reconnect, with the wisdom that’s always here, with each other, and with what’s really real. To rest. To return. To begin again, with clarity, with presence, with heart.

Attending the Bali Retreat virtually allows you to be fully part of the live immersions, while also giving you the freedom to revisit the teachings through replays at your own pace.

This option is a way to receive the essence of the teachings, while weaving the practices naturally into your life.

What you'll gain

This online retreat isn’t about achieving a permanent state or chasing peak experiences. It’s about deepening your capacity to meet life,  as it is,  with awareness, presence, and sincerity.

Here’s what may genuinely shift as a result of this experience:

  • Sacred Space at Home: Retreat from the noise without leaving your life. This retreat helps you create a container within your everyday environment

Balance Presence & Expression: Whether you tend toward silence or energy, you’ll learn to hold both as a dance of your being.

A Grounded, Sustainable Spirituality: No fluff or woo woo. Real, embodied, and alive in your daily life.

Contact with the Heart: Rest in the pulse of your own being, abide in the peace of the heart.

    Invitation

This retreat is not about miraculously transforming your life into some idealized (and probably unattainable) ecstatic way of being.  It’s an invitation to rediscover the sacred essence imbued in every aspect of your life, with heart, clarity, care, and the presence of purely being.

Your Investment

This online retreat is offered on a sliding scale as a practice of generosity and care, honoring the many different circumstances we each walk with. You are invited to choose the tier that resonates most with your heart and your means:
