Ellen Emmet

Ellen’s journey began with the teachings of Francis Lucille, awakening her to the universal nature of reality. Simultaneously, she explored human depth through therapy, Jungian analysis, Dream Work, and Authentic Movement, seeing life as a journey of revelation and connection.

Raised in Paris and later settling in Northern California, Ellen’s lifelong relationship with the body—as a vessel of joy, pain, and healing—shapes her work. Her search for the feminine divine led her to India and deep explorations with Jungian analyst Marion Woodman.

Now in Oxford, Ellen offers retreats and private sessions in The Awakening Body, blending non-dual teachings, Authentic Movement, and self-inquiry, alongside her work as a psychotherapist.
