As a former chef and kitchen manager at Anuttara, she spent years preparing medicinal foods and crafting herbal remedies from the land’s wild plants. Drawing on her deep knowledge and hands-on experience, Rainer now works one-on-one with individuals, sharing the wisdom of Ayurveda to support holistic health and well-being.
