Depth in Practice: Walking the Path with Integrity and Clarity

The Path of the Tantric Yogācārya is a comprehensive, multi-year curriculum designed to preserve and transmit the depth of traditional yogic training. Modeled on classical systems of sequential study, the program advances practitioners from foundational theoretical knowledge to advanced, embodied soteriological practice.

Over the course of two years and beyond, students engage in more than 1,400 hours of integrated study and practice, supported by over 80 live lessons and a progressively structured daily sādhana. The curriculum begins with subtle anatomy—nāḍīs, cakras, and kuṇḍalinī—before systematically progressing through classical prāṇāyāma, ṣaṭkarma kriyās, and the intensive  methods of Tantric Kriyā Yoga. It culminates in a sustained engagement with comparative meditation traditions, including Rāja Yoga, Buddhism, Vedānta, and nondual Tantra.

Central to the program is the cultivation of discipline, clarity, and integrity. Students are expected to maintain a rigorous daily practice while developing competence in the ethical, pedagogical, and safety dimensions of teaching. The emphasis on inclusivity and trauma-informed awareness ensures that advanced practice is undertaken in alignment with the highest standards of both tradition and modern responsibility.

This program is intended for serious practitioners—whether preparing to guide others or seeking to deepen their own realization. Graduates will emerge with an integrated foundation in the theory and practice of Tantric Kundalinī Yoga and meditation, equipped for lifelong practice and capable of transmitting these teachings with fidelity and care.

The Structure

Pre-Module I:  200hr Anuttara Yoga Teacher Training (not-mandatory, but recommended) 200hrs

Premodule II:  True Kundalini Series

Duration: 3 days
Hours: 6 LIVE

  • Explores Kundalinī as the latent power of Śakti within the body, the nāḍī system, and the chakra–element map as taught in traditional texts like the Ṣaṭ-Cakra-Nirūpaṇa
  • Clarifying misconceptions, examined both ancient and modern lenses, and emphasizes the need for purification, lineage guidance, and humility in approaching this profound force.

Kundalinī Training

Duration: 18 weeks
Hours: 207 (54 LIVE + 34  LIVE + 119 personal practise)

  • Focus: Comprehensive study of the seven cakras, integrating detailed theory with practical teaching methodology.
  • Core Philosophy: Prāṇa, kuṇḍalinī, guṇas, sublimation, and advanced practices such as laya yoga (absorption through sound).
Teaching Integrity: Trauma-informed approaches, authenticity in teaching, and clear energetic/professional boundaries.
  • Mentorship & Practicum: Group mentorship in chakra assessment; final practicum to demonstrate teaching skills.

  • Commitment: Minimum 1.5 hrs daily practice for 12 weeks (weekly class).
