Depth in Practice: Walking the Path with Integrity and Clarity
You already know yoga is more than poses. What you’re looking for is depth, and understanding. You want a practice that includes authentic spirituality, while meeting the realities of modern life. Too often trainings gloss over the subtle energetics, skip the heart of meditation, or ignore what it means to teach in a way that’s trauma-informed and inclusive.
The Heart of Tantra Yoga is a 3-day series created to fill that gap. Together we’ll explore the foundations of yoga energetics, meditation, safety and inclusivity, and the devotional heart of nondual Tantra. Whether you plan to teach or simply want to deepen your practice, this series will give you the clarity and grounding you’ve been looking for.
This series is open to anyone drawn to depth, whether you’re preparing to teach, or simply seeking to embody your practice more fully.
The Structure
You’ll receive access to all three live sessions, replays, plus additional guided practices.
This series is part of our 10-year celebration of guiding yoga teachers into depth and integrity.
1. Yoga Energetics: The Subtle Body as the True Foundation of Practice
đź“… Wednesday, November 13 | đź•› 12:00 PM EST
Behind every posture and breath lies a deeper current — the subtle body. In this session, we’ll explore the principles of resonance and correspondence that reveal the sacred energetics behind the postures.Â
2. Tradition & the Modern Teacher: Safe, Inclusive, Trauma-Informed, and Rooted in Lineage
đź“… Monday, November 18 | đź•› 12:00 PM EST
Yoga thrives when tradition and modern wisdom meet. Drawing from years in ashrams, study with a living Guru, and long-term practice in India and beyond, we’ll share how authentic teachings can be brought into today’s world. You’ll see how important trauma-informed and inclusive approaches allow yoga to meet diverse bodies and experiences, while remaining rooted in lineage and integrity.
3. The Heart of Tantra Yoga: Nonduality, Bhakti, and Embodied Meditation
đź“… Wednesday, November 20 | đź•› 12:00 PM EST
The heart of yoga is when the cohesive reality of life is thread into our everyday actions. Your life is a meditation in movement and every act can be a devotional offering to the divine. In this session, we’ll explore the Tantric vision of yoga as a path of love and recognition.
