DEPTH IN PRACTICE:

Rediscovering Yoga as a Living Tradition.

More than the mat.

More than the poses.

More than the noise.

You already know yoga is more than poses. What you’re looking for is depth, and understanding.  You want a practice that includes authentic spirituality, while meeting the realities of modern life. Too often trainings gloss over the subtle energetics, skip the heart of meditation, or ignore what it means to teach in a way that’s trauma-informed and inclusive.

The Heart of Tantra Yoga is a 3-day series created to fill that gap. Together we’ll explore the foundations of yoga energetics, meditation, safety and inclusivity, and the devotional heart of nondual Tantra. Whether you plan to teach or simply want to deepen your practice, this series will give you the clarity and grounding you’ve been looking for.

This series is open to anyone drawn to depth, whether you’re preparing to teach, or simply seeking to embody your practice more fully.

Tradition and Evolution: Teaching Yoga with Integrity in the Modern World
Tuesday, November 18
12:00 PM EST

Yoga is a living tradition, one that must evolve to stay alive, yet remain rooted in its source. In this session, we’ll explore what it means to teach with integrity in modern times: honouring lineage while embracing inclusivity, trauma awareness, and creativity. Together, we’ll uncover how to carry yoga forward with both reverence and relevance.

The Heart of Tantra Yoga: Nonduality, Bhakti, and Embodied Meditation
Thursday, November 20
12:00 PM EST

The heart of yoga is when the cohesive reality of life is thread into our everyday actions. Your life is a meditation in movement and every act can be a devotional offering to the divine. In this session, we’ll explore the Tantric vision of yoga as a path of love and recognition.

About the Teachers

Artemis Emily Doyle

Artemis Emily Doyle is the visionary behind Anuttara's Turyatita School and co-founder of Anuttara Ashram. She co-created Anuttara’s Teacher Trainings and courses alongside her partner, Bhairav. Artemis is also the co-author of The Power of Tantra Meditation, co-host of the Tantra & Yoga Podcast, and a respected teacher in the Shivoham Tantra lineage.

Her spiritual journey began in 2008, leading to initiations in indigenous dance and cacao ceremony, and deepened through Darshan with teachers like Mooji Baba, Sadhguru, and Guruji Maharaj. Since 2015, Artemis has helped organize transformative tantrik festivals and has been initiated into rare tantric practices, particularly those honoring menstruation.

Deeply rooted in the Kashmir Shaivist tradition, she continues her dedicated study and practice of non-dual tantra, primarily under the guidance of Ellen Emmet since 2017.

Bhairav Thomas English

Bhairav is the founder of Anuttara Ashram and co-creator of the Anuttara Turyatita School and Teacher Trainings, alongside his partner Artemis. A lead facilitator, co-author of The Power of Tantra Meditation, and co-host of the Tantra & Yoga Podcast, Bhairav is a respected teacher in the Shivoham Lineage.

He has dedicated over 20 years to the study and practice of Yoga and Tantra, beginning his journey in India in 1998 and completing a 6-year initiation with Guruji Maharaj in 2018. Now a Guru and lineage holder, Bhairav offers authentic teachings rooted in deep personal practice rather than academic study.

Authorized to initiate practitioners into Mantra Meditation, Bhairav is known for his profound wisdom, humility, and approachable nature, offering a rare and transformative presence to all who learn from him.
