Embodied Tantra: Practice, Philosophy, and Living Lineage
An intentional container integrating ritual sÄdhanÄ, prÄį¹ÄyÄma, group mentorship, and foundational Tantric studies.
Over a focused 12-week cycle, youāll be immersed in a living experience of Tantra through 25 live calls, integrated seasonal sÄdhanÄ, and a trauma-aware, inclusive sangha. This is not a course to ālearn aboutā Tantra, it isĀ has been created to help you live it.Ā
We begin with a live welcome call to orient the field, set intentions, and ground in shared presence. From there, youāll move through twice-weekly live sessions with Artemis and Bhairav that weave practice, study, and direct transmission. These are supported by four core containers:
-
PrÄį¹ÄyÄma SÄdhanÄ Immersion
A breath-centered practice with pre-recorded guided practices and live integration calls to refine sensitivity and deepen inner energy work. -
Traditional Tantric SÄdhanÄ (NavarÄtriĀ & DÄ«pÄvalÄ«)
Rooted in the Bhairavananda lineage, this seasonal immersion includes mantra-japa, pÅ«jÄ, and rituals in relationship with one of the Das MahÄvidyÄs (Ten Great Wisdom Goddesses), supported through live calls, mythological teachings and lineage. -
Group Mentorship
Intimate community calls held between the main sÄdhanÄ phases, designed for open dialogue, personal inquiry, and direct support.Ā -
Tantric Foundations Course
A four-week, study of Tantraās cultural, historical, philosophical and radical roots, designed to clarify and contextualize what youāve already lived. This has been intentionally done so that the intellectualization can come after the direct experience.
There is also a dedicated Integration Week midway through the journey. During this time, youāll continue your sÄdhanÄ independently, supported by the Tantric Studies Library and optional practices. Itās a chance to begin standing on your own feet, before re-entering the container with fresh questions, insights, and clarity.
Ā
All participants receive a Certificate of Completion and are eligible for YACEP continuing education hours. More importantly, youāll leave with an embodied, grounded relationship to authentic Tantra, one that you can carry into your daily life with clarity, reverence, and integrity.
Anuttara is renowned for its deep-rooted spiritual traditions and experienced teachers. Our co-founders, Artemis and Bhairav, bring decades of wisdom and practice in Tantra, meditation, and spiritual growth.
