Leaving the field wide in the face of uncertainty
For the one whose nervous system contracts around fear — their own, or someone else's.
About this recording:
This practice is for anyone who finds themselves tracking others, adjusting, appeasing, or reaching outward whenever uncertainty arrives — whose capacity for their own life narrows the moment anything feels unstable or disapproving. It works with the fear of judgment, the impulse to manage, and the body's habit of listening outward rather than resting back, gradually expanding your capacity to hold all of it without collapsing. What it opens toward is the recognition that you already are that field. Life moves within you. Fear moves within you. Neither one diminishes what you are.

Testimonial:
" That nidrā has a wisdom of its own — allowing me to hear the pieces I needed in the exact order I needed them. The words I wrote down afterward were renewal, remembrance, tears of recognition waiting to fall. If it were a book, I imagine it would be one whose cover gets faded and worn from use. "

This recording was originally created for one person. It is offered here because what one person carries, many people carry. If you are looking for a practice built entirely around your own particular contraction, a personal Yoga Nidrā can be made for you.
