This training is a deep immersion into the Chakra system as a living reality — experiential, philosophical, and transformative in equal measure. Drawing from the Sat Chakra Nirūpaṇa and the broader Tantric tradition, students receive profound teachings on each Chakra alongside sādhana practices designed to bring that understanding into direct experience. The study moves through āsana, meditation, and prāṇāyāma in service of this deepening.

The journey is profoundly personal. Each Chakra is approached one at a time, with dedicated sādhanas given at every stage — so that students come to know each energetic centre not only through study, but through their own system.

From this embodied understanding, students develop the capacity to perceive and balance the Chakras of others. This training is for serious practitioners who aspire to work as healers and teachers, and who already carry a committed personal practice.
