Most yoga teacher trainings will tell you they’re 200-hour certified. Ours is too — but that’s about where the similarity ends. We don’t measure yoga by the Yoga Alliance checklist, because frankly, the bar has been set too low. Yoga is not a fitness regime or a set of shapes to master. It’s a path toward remembering what you are, and everything in this training points back to that.

You’ll study postures and alignment, yes, but they’ll never be separated from the inner architecture of energy, and awareness. You’ll learn to teach from the heart and essence of who you really are.  We do not want to make cookie cutter teachers.  We will do everything we can to guide you back to your authentic Self so that can be the platform from which you share.

Together we will explore Bhakti Yoga, kirtan, ritual, puja, Kundalini, and yoga psychology. Alongside that, we draw on the world’s great traditions — Tantra, Sufism, Christianity, and earth-based wisdom — to reveal how the same truth shines through many forms.

This is a training for teachers who want to offer something beyond the physical: yoga that heals, includes, and is a path of remembrance.

You’ll learn to teach in a trauma-informed, adaptable way, to hold space for others without bypassing the human condition. You’ll be guided by two facilitators with decades of experience, supported by a living Tantric lineage and yet, nothing here is dogmatic.

Our aim is simple: that you leave this training able to teach from your own heart, with integrity and understanding of what yoga truly is — the movement from separation into wholeness.

What Truly Changes

This training reshapes how you see, how you teach, and how you live.

Clarity of perception

The Practice of this training is less about perfection and more about perception. You begin to see yourself, others, and the world with greater honesty and ease.

Returning to the heart

You reconnect with the truth of who you are. From that place, life reorganizes—your teaching, your relationships, even the way you move through a day.

Embodiment in action

The teachings stop living only on the mat. They begin to express through how you listen, lead, love, and serve. You become a powerful presence of integrity and truth.

Community that sustains

You walk alongside people who are as sincere as you are. Together, practice becomes something known relationally—an anchor of support and inspiration that continues long after the training ends.

Program Overview

This training unfolds through 12 on-demand modules and optional live calls held annually.
You’ll receive immediate access to all recorded content, practices, and teachings upon registration — allowing you to move at your own rhythm while staying connected to a living, evolving community.

 Live Component

Each year, from January to June [exact dates TBA], we host a cycle of live calls for those who wish to study in community.
These sessions include:

  • New teachings not found in the pre-recorded material

  • Opportunities for Q&A and feedback on your teaching

  • A closing teaching practicum in June — join live on Zoom (free) or submit a recorded class for personalized feedback (optional add-on).

Study Materials

  • 12 Pre-recorded Modules — a comprehensive foundation in Tantric Yoga, anatomy, philosophy, teaching methodology, and psychology.

  • Tantric Studies Library — updated weekly with new practices and lectures to keep your learning alive.

  • Sangha Sādhanā Space — a community platform you can use for self-organized study or practice circles.

  • WhatsApp Group — for connection, accountability, and ongoing support.

What You’ll Learn

  • Two core teaching sequences:

    • A dynamic Haṭha Yoga flow integrating alignment and subtle anatomy.

    • A Kundalinī-based sequence of about seven meditative postures, focusing on chakra activation and inner awareness.

  • How to adapt these sequences for restorative, prenatal, vinyasa, and children’s yoga.

  • Foundations in Yoga Psychology, Meditation (Sufi, Buddhist, and Self-Inquiry), and Yoga Nidra — all taught through a trauma-informed lens.

  • How to use props and modifications skillfully to make each practice accessible and safe.
